Eligibility Creteria :

1. Age : Candidate must not be less than 18 years of age and not more than 40 years of age as on 01.01. 2020. The upper age timit is relaxable for candidates belonglng to SC/ST catagorles upto 45 years:for candidates belonging to OBC/MOBC categories upto 43 years; for candidates belonging to ex-Servicemsn category upto 42 years and for candidates balonging to Persons with Disabilities œtegory upto 50 years as per Govl. 0.M No.ABP.0B/2018/51, dated 02.09.2020 issued by the government of Assam in Personnel(B)Department. 

2. Educatlonal Qualification: 

a)For lhe poet of Junior Asslstant the minlmum eduœtionai qualification of the candidates shall bea Graduate in Arts,  Scianca or  Commerce  from  a  University  reoognized  as  such by the State/Central Govemment or a Degree equivalent lhereof and recognized by fhe state/central Government. 

b)Candidate9 for the poct of Junior Aæistant must possess a minimum of 6 (aix) months Diplomain Computer appliCafion from Institute re¢ognized by the Stata/Centraî Gov6rnment and have proficiancy on basic Computer application like MS windows, Linux, Mac Excel, PowerPoînl. DTP (English/Assamese)and internet processing etc.

6..Aftsr the Computer Proficiency test candidates will have to brtng ail original testîmonials i.e, Age proof Certificats, Caste Certlficate, Educational qualification Cartificate, Computer proficiency certifîcate, Mark shaete for dc›cumants verification when called for. 

7..The Selected candirîaios will have to submit an undertaking to the appropriate Authority that they wlll abide by New Pension Rules of the Govt. issued vida Finance Department's Letter No O.M No.BW.7/2008/pt/40 dtd.06.1 0.2009. 

6.No TA/DA will be admissible for appeariflg in the Written tesVComputer Proticiency test.

8.Procedure for Selection:

b)Final Selection will be done on the basis of ment (Aggragate marks obtained in the written Test and Computer Proficlanry Test)
