1. State Programme Manager. (at State HQ) Total post: 01 nos. Pay Scale: Rs. 35,000/- +Rs 10,000/-(TA) Educational qualification: Masters in Social works/Sociology,MBA(HR),Mass Communication. Additional qualification: 3 years Experience in Govt.PSU/Autonomous Body with 1 years Diploma in computer application from any Govt recognized institute. 2. Programme Manager. (at Sub-Divisional HQ) Total post: 46 nos. Pay Scale: Rs. 18,000/- +Rs 3,000/-(TA) Educational qualification: Graduate in any discipline Additional qualification: Preferably 2 years Experience in Govt.PSU/Autonomous Body with 6 month Diploma in computer application from any Govt recognized institute.

3. State MIS Manager. (at State HQ)

Total post: 01 nos.

Pay Scale: Rs. 30,000/-

Educational qualification: BE in computer Science/Electronics & Telecommunications Engineering/MCA from Govt. recognized University or Institute.

Additional qualification: Must have 1 year proficiency in Office database Management.

4. Accounts Manager. (at State HQ)

Total post: 01 nos.

Pay Scale: Rs. 25,000/-

Educational qualification: Graduate in Commerce Stream.

Additional qualification: Must have Computer proficiency in MS office application specially MS-Excel & Tally.

5. Data Entry Operators. (State & Sub Divisional levels ) Total post: 48 nos. Pay Scale: SL-Rs. 15,000/- +SDL-Rs 12,000/- Educational qualification: PU / HSSLC or equivalent exam. Additional qualification: Must have computer proficiency in MS office with a minimum typing speed of 40 words per minutes in English & Assamese/Bengali.
