1. Driver (Grade-III)

No of posts: 02 (UR)

Educational Qualification: Minimum 10th passed qualification or equivalent from recognized Board. Candidates must possess a legitimate driver's license .

Pay: Pay Band, Rs.  fourteen thousand to sixty thousand five hundrade Grade Pay Rs.5200/- month

2.Grade-IV 

No. of Post: 01 (OBC/MOBC)  

Educational Qualification: Class VIII passed 

Pay: Pay Band, Rs.Twelve thousand to fifty two thousand Grade Pay Rs. 3900/- per month

Instruction for filling online application form

1) Before filling up the form candidates are advised to carefully read the Relevant Notifications/Advertisements published in the leading news paper and also available in the web site of "ESI Scheme Assam" under recruitment and notice segment.

2) Before proceeding to apply, please ensure that you have: A) Scanned copy of applicant's recent photograph with following specification Photograph should be in formals. Photograph must be a passport size color picture. Photograph must be a taken in full face view directly facing the camera. Photograph should have no shadows and red eyes. Maximum size 100KB. Photo format should be .jpg or .jpeg only. File name should be of 13 character maximum(like pp-9999999999) C) Scanned copy of applicant's Age prof certificate (School Leaving certificate / Birth Certificate

• Scanned clearly birth certificate / school leaving certificate format should be .jpg or .jpeg or .pdf only.
• Maximum size 500 KB.
• File name should be of 14 character maximum.(like bob-b999999999)

D) Scanned copy of applicant's accademic certificate with following specifications

• Scanned clearly last school leaving certificate format should be .jpg or .jpeg or .pdf only.
• Maximum size 500 KB.
• File name should be of 13 character maximum.(like eq-999999999)

E) Scanned copy of applicant's caste certificate other than general candidate with following specifications

• Scanned clearly caste certificate format should be .jpg or .jpeg or .pdf only.
• Maximum size 500 KB.
• File name should be of 13 character maximum.(like ca-999999999)

F) Scanned copy of applicant's Driving Licence (applicable for driving post candidate) with following specifications

• Scanned clearly driving licence format should be .jpg or .jpeg or .pdf only.
• Maximum size 500 KB.
• File name should be of 13 character maximum.(like ca-999999999)

G) Scanned copy of other related documents like PWD / EWS with following specifications

• Scanned clearly PWD / EWS format should be .jpg or .jpeg or .pdf only.
• Maximum size 500 KB.
• File name should be of 13 character maximum.(like ca-999999999)

3) Click on the ‘Online Application’ under recruitment as shown in menu bar.

4) After click the online application one login form will be open.

5) After open the login form Register yourself as a Sign up for New User for first time, Clicking on “ SIGN UP FOR NEW USER" left bottom of login form. Application registration form will be open. You have to fill all fild carefully for login ID, your mobile no will be user id. One candidate must use one mobile no. after filling all fields you have to click submit button.

6) After creating user id and password candidate have to login using user id (mobile no) and password

7) After loging user form candidate have to fill all relavent fields and click submit and next button.

8) After click the submit and next button documents upload form will be open.

9) After uploading all relavent documents click submit and next button

9) After click the submit and next button preview all inputed data and submit finally. After final submission candidate would not change any data.
