In pursuance of approval accorded by the Govt. of Assam, Revenue & D M. Department, Dispur vide letter No. RLR. 78/2018/77 dtd. 11.02.2021, online application arc hereby invited through the officia1 website of https //niyukti assam Nov in/lmsivasaear from eligible candidate who are citizen of India as defined in Articles 5 & 8 of the Constitution of India domiNlrd in the State of Assam for filling up of 8 (eight) numbers of sanctioned post of Mandal (Grade-III) in the Amalgamated Establishment of the Deputy Commissioner, Sivasagar.

Pay Band : Rs. 14,000/- -- 60,500/- and Grade Pay of Rs. 6200/-PM with other allowances as admissible under the rules

1.Eligibility Criteria for the post of Mandal:
Candidates must not less than 18 years and not more than 40 years of age on l" January 2021. The upper age relaxation for S.C & S.T. candidates is up to 45 years and for OBCZMOBC candidates is up to 43 years as per Govt. O.M. No. ABP.6/2016/51 dtd. 02.09.2020.
2.Education Qualification :
i)The candidates must have passed the HSLC examination or equivalent
examination.
ii)The candidate must possess valid 6 (six) rennths RCCC training Certificate from Assam Survey & Settlement Training Centre, Rajahnagar, Dakhingaon, Guwahati.
iii)The candidate must possess 6 (six) months diploma/certificate in Computer proficiency (both English & Assamese) from a recognized Institute.
3.How to apply:
The application must be submitted online through https //nivukti assam Nov in/lmsivasagar. No other forms of application will be entertained. Candidates will be required to upload scanned copies of all testimonials such as Educational Qualification Certificate, RCCC Training passed Certificate, Age proof Certificate, Caste Cernficate, Valid Employment Exchange Card, Good Quality of Photograph with white background. The candidates already in service must apply through proper channel and upload scanned copy of NOC of the HOD of the parent Department.
Important Points
i)The candidates whose applications are accepted as per eligibility criteria shall
have to appear a written test. The written test (Paper-1) will consist of 100 Marks subjective type question comprising of questions from General English7Assamese/General Knowledge and Knowledge of Survey & Settlement. The duration of written test will be 1 (one) hour.
ii)2 (two) numbers of candidates will be selected on the basis of the marks obtained in the written examination against the each category of the post. The selected candidates shall have to appear in a computer type writing test of 50 marks in both Assamese and English language.

4.Written test will be held on 04.03.2021 from 10.00 AM to 11.00 AM. The Calling letter/Admit Card will be notified through https / ’niyukti assam.soy in/lmsivasagar. The candidates will be able to download their calling letter/ Admit Card from the said website.
5.The list of selected candidates will be notified in the official website http.7/sivasagar.nic.ink of Sivasagar district.
6.Candidature of candidates is provisional and the Selection Committee has the right to accept or reject the candidature of any candidate at any stage of recruitment procedure after proper scrutiny of educational and other relevant certificate.
7.No application fee shall be paid by the candidates and canvassing directly or indirectly in any form by the candidate shall be lead to disqualification of his candidature.
8.The selected candidates for appointment shall have to give an undertaking that they will abide by New Pension Scheme Rule of Govt. of Assam.
9.No TA and DA will be admissible to the candldates.
