APDCL Appointment Scam : CM ভিজিলেন্সে জেৰাৰ বাবে প্ৰথম অৱস্থাত ১২৪ জন প্ৰাথীলৈ প্ৰেৰণ কৰিছে চমন ৷ তালিকাত আৰু বহুতৰ নাম আছে।

A team of the Chief Minister's Special Vigilance Cell on Tuesday conducted an operation in Bijulee Bhavan in the city in connection with the APDCL (Assam Power Distribution Company Ltd) recruitment exam scam. Dipankar Dihingia, OSD to APDCL Chairman, who had been arrested last Friday, accompanied the team. According to sources, the team seized the file related to the appointments made.

APDCLৰ নিযুক্তি কেলেংকাৰীয়ে হাহাকাৰ লগাইছে ৰাজ্যত ৷ টকাৰ বিনিময়ত চাকৰিৰ বজাৰ খুলিবলৈ গৈ মুখ্যমন্ত্ৰীৰ বিশেষ নিৰীক্ষণ কোষৰ জালত পৰিছে এজনৰ পাছত আনজন বিষয়া, কৰ্মচাৰী ৷ এইবাৰ এই কেলেংকাৰীত জড়িত চাকৰিৰ প্ৰাৰ্থী পৰিব পাৰে বিভাগটোৰ জালত ৷

ইতিমধ্যে এক দীঘলীয়া তালিকা প্ৰস্তুত কৰি উলিয়াইছে চি এম ভিজিলেন্সে ৷ সেই অনুসৰি শীঘ্ৰে জেৰাৰ বাবে প্ৰথম অৱস্থাত ১২৪জন প্ৰাথীলৈ প্ৰেৰণ কৰিছে চমন ৷ সেই তালিকাৰ ভিত্তিত সোমবাৰে পুৱাই CM Vigilanceৰ কাৰ্যালয়ত উপস্থিত হ'ল ১৫ জনকৈ প্ৰাথী ৷ প্ৰতিজন প্ৰাথীকে সুকীয়া সুকীয়া কৈ কৰা হ'ল সোধা-পোছা ৷

ইতিমধ্য গ্ৰেপ্তাৰ হোৱা OSD দিপাংকৰ দিহিঙীয়াৰে যোগাযোগ কৰাৰ তথ্য লাভ কৰিছিল এই সকল প্ৰাৰ্থীৰ বিৰুদ্ধে ৷  আজিৰে পৰা পৰ্যায়ক্ৰমে CM Vigilanceয়ে  ধন দি চাকৰি ল'ব খোজা প্ৰাথীসকলক সোধা-পোছা কৰিব ৷ যদিহে ধন দিয়াৰ উপযুক্ত তথ্য প্ৰমাণ লাভ কৰে তেন্তে সেইসকল প্ৰাৰ্থীকো গ্ৰেপ্তাৰ কৰিব CM Vigilanceয়ে ৷

In August 2021, the APDCL had a meeting with Gauhati University. As per the decision, GU formed an external examination cell for the evaluation of the answer scripts. On August 24, 2021, APDCL handed over 1.80 lakh answered OMR sheets to GU for evaluation. According to sources, GU also took the help of NEICOM for the evaluation process. 

On September 15, 2021, the Chief Minister's Secretariat informed the Chief Minister's Special Vigilance Cell that there were irregularities in the recruitment process of the APDCL. The CM's Special Vigilance Cell registered a case 04/2021 u/s 120B/420/468/471 IPC, r/w Section 7/13(b) of PC (Amendment) Act, 2014 last Friday and arrested 10 people in connection with the recruitment exam scam. The prime accused, Ataur Rahman surrendered before the Chief Minister's Special Vigilance Cell on Monday.
