Deputy Commissioner, Nalbari has released an advertisement for the recruitment of 18 Mandal (Grade III) Vacancy under the amalgamated establishment of O/o the Deputy Commissioner, Nalbari.

Scale of Pay: Pay Band of Rs. 14,000/- to 60,500/- per month and Grade Pay Rs. 6200/- with other allowances as admissible under the rules.

Age Limit: Candidates must not less than 18 years and not more than 40 years of age on 1st January 2023.

 

Age Relaxation: The upper age limit is relaxable by 03 years in case of candidates of OBC/MOBC, 05 years in case of candidates of SC & ST and 10 years for PWD candidates. 

 

Citizenship: The candidate must be an Indian citizen as defined in Article 5 to 8 of the Constitution of India.

Educational Qualification:

(a) The candidate must have passed HSLC examination or equivalent examination from any Central or State recognized Boards.
(b) The candidate must possess a valid 06 (Six) months RCCC training passed Certificate from Assam Survey & Settlement Training Centre, Dakhingaon, Guwahati.

Computer Proficiency: The candidate must possess a minimum 06 (Six) months diploma/ certificate in computer proficiency from a Govt. recognized institute.

Typing Knowledge: The candidate must have the knowledge of English and Assamese typing.

1. Scan your Passport Size color Photograph and make it ready for uploading.The image size should be minimum 20 KB and should not exceed 50 KB and the image dimension should be 3.5cm by 2.5cm.The image format should be jpg or jpeg or png. No other format of image will be accepted.

2. Scan your Specimen signature and make it ready for uploading. Size should be minimum 10 KB and should not exceed 30 KB and the image dimension should be 1.5cm by 2.5cm. The image format should be jpg or jpeg or png. No other format of image will be accepted.

3. Scan your documents. Size should not exceed 200 KB. The document format should be jpg or jpeg or png or pdf. No other format will be accepted. Documents required to upload are as follows-

• Age Proof
• HSLC Marksheet
• HSLC Certificate
• HS Certificate(optional)
• Degree Certificate(optional)
• 6 Months(minimum) Compuer Diploma from a recognized institute
• 6 Months RCCC Training passed Certificate
• Caste Certificate(if applicable)

4. Age of the applicant should be at least 18 years and should not exceed 40 years on the 1st day of January 2023. The Upper age limit will be relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST candidates and 10 years for Person with disabilities, 3 years in case of OBC/MOBC.
